Dragana Damjanovic

Dragana DamjanovicDragana Damjanovic is Assistant Professor at the Institute of European and Austrian Public Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. 2002/2003 she worked as an associate at Wietrzyk Dullinger Rechtsanwälte in Vienna, 2003/2004 she did a masters program as a fulbright fellow at the UC Berkeley Boalthall School of Law. She lectures European and Austrian public law and in particular Procurement and IT law and is amongst others specialized in electronic communications and digital media law. Her numerous publications include a monograph on the regulation of the converging communications markets, a handbook on telecommunications law, and a book on the European regulatory framework for the media and related creative sectors.


Hans Peter Lehofer

bloggerfoto_hans-peter.jpgHans Peter Lehofer works as a judge at the Austrian Administrative Court; before that he was head of the Austrian Communications Authority (broadcasting regulator) and director of the legal division of the Austrian Telecommunications Regulatory Authority. He is Honorary Professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Institute for Austrian and European Public Law, where he lectures Telecommunications and Media Law. He serves as editor for public law of the Österreichische Juristenzeitung (ÖJZ, a bi-weekly Austrian law magazine) and is the author of numerous publications in telecommunications and broadcasting law as well as in consumer and contract law; inter alia co-author of commentaries on the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (2004) and on the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003 (2004) and of a Handbook of Telecommunications Law (2005). He also blogs (in German language) on e-comm.


Gregor Ribarov

Gregor RibarovGregor Ribarov works for the Austrian Court of Auditors. In the field of european electronic communications & media law he is co-author of a publication from kluwer law international as well as the chapter on mass media law in the 2nd edition of the austrian standard reference for public economic law.


Peter Thyri

He joined Schönherr’s EC & Competition practice group after spending four years as a research fellow in European Economic Law at University of Salzburg. Prior to his academic experience, Peter practiced competition law at Wilmer Hale’s Brussels office. He now teaches EU & Competition law at the University of Salzburg and Salzburg Management Business School’s MBA program in Public Management and is a regular speaker at conferences. His publications include a monograph on competition law enforcement in Austria, a standard treatise on EC Economic Law as well as numerous articles and contributions in the field of EC, competition, telecommunications and broadcasting law.
